TBH this is why I will never play any site other than pokerstars. Even the sites that are supposed to be trustworthy can't manage to get their support staff to respond to emergency situations such as this one in a timely fashion.

FTP Support, this makes you look pretty [censored] bad, regardless of the results.

If it turns out you're frozen because they think you might be a bot, this might be one of the contributing factors

Maybe this is a stupid question, but doesn't FT log you out automatically? I play on Everest and after 30 or so minutes of inactivity it logs you out to protect your account and asks you to log in again.

i'm logged in 24/7 for the most part, I don't see the issue with that.

I thought this was a good idea. Although I guess my internet connection cuts out when I go on standby (or 'sleep,' as my comp. calls it), so I am logged out anyways.

Isn't it good to be logged in always?
