Default 200NL- I\'m thinking about making a sick small shove in a 3bet pot

Villain is revolujion or whatever. He's 21/18/7. This sesh I've 3bet his BTN raise from the SB and he folded. I also did the same thing after he raised a limper and got called by the BB and had to c/f the flop. I was very active about 40 hands ago but I slowed down a bit within the last 20 hands or so.

Villain has like 80 left. What hand does he possibly do this with that can call a shove here? I mean he doesn't have QQ. The only hand I can think of is AA. Most people c/c w/ AK here. I guess he can have a 7 but I don't think he'd cc 87 or 76 OOP like that.

I should have mentioned that it would not work w/ Lego and flopturnriver hand converters.

I want a very strong read to do this.
Ive seen AK played this way a lot, and AA.
I just dont think u pull this move off enough successfully to make it +EV.
