Haha...I was like wtf, why is everyone overreacting so much, 17 pounds isn't that much. OVer 5 days thats just LOL. BTW, 17 pounds in a month is normal right?

that was the week they went without trainers. most lost weight, 1 gained like 1 lb, and there was him

But they don't have cakes and ice cream and [censored] available to them to eat right? Makes no sense to have high calorie food available to them and expect them to lose that much weight. I guess to overcome their desires but I doubt most fatties could overcome if there's a fridge full of cheesakes and stuff.

Was he required to work out and stuff? If so, like how can he possibly gain that much?
