Your bet sizing here appears to just be completely arbitrary, fly by the seat of your pants style.

I'd go smaller or bigger PF. Your bet size leaves you with weird stacks.

On the flop, again, I'd go smaller or just shove. You leave yourself with really awkward stacks and don't give him a chance to make a play, unless he thinks he has the best hand.

I noticed this too. His preflop reraise is exactly 3.5x btw. I'd personally go smaller on the flop.

yeah flop size is baaad but since villain is even worse I don't think it matters much

I think the preflop size is ok. Flop size sucks. I bet less.
