i liked c/c turn since this guy is a spewtard, for the sole purpose of stacking any pair of kings or any draw on the river.

9 on the river is a good card imo, he'd probably check behind the turn with a 9.

This guy loves to bet and hates to fold. Pretty much any line (3 barrels, turn cr... hell even checkraising the flop) would have been fine. River is a call as played.
