ChadBatista954 on AIM is almost certainly a scammer

trying to convince me to download some logo of Lee Jones smoking a blunt for 4/20 in order to use it as my avatar so he can win a bet. Hes offering to pay $25 to make it happen. It's a slightly believable story that I suspect someone could fall for so be careful. Almost certainly going to be some file that has a virus. He claims to be lilholdem from Pokerstars.

Assuming that since I only chatted with him and then told him he was a scammer that there is nothing to worry about?
