Well aren't you just a total badass.

This is a serious health issue for a lot of people. For winning players, more comfort = more concentration = more money. Its important stuff both for health and also profit reasons.

Soul Rebel,

Thanks exactly what I'm looking for. I'm ordering the "Aeron."

I had carpal tunnel after I broke my wrist. Now I have Ulnar neurapathy(spelling?) in my opposite arm. They both really suck and would suggest doing everything you can to avoid them

I have an Aeron chair. I think it is highly overrated. It is not all that confortable, there is not that much adjustment.

As in many things, it is personal.

I disagree on all accounts. Beats the heck out of what you get at Staples for $100.

- lower lumbar support - solid
- arm rests - solid/adjustable in 2 ways *up/down *in/out

Every other chair i used I would run into circulation problems no matter how i set it. My legs/arms would fall asleep after 2-3 hours of sitting. Not too good. Absolutely no probs w/ Aeron or complaints.

It's not as comfy as a big leather chair, sure. But support > cushy comfort imo. Feeling better because you're properly supported is comfortable for me.

I agree, Aeron is not comfortable, per se. It does dramatically reduce pain in back, wrist, legs, etc, though.

Hey everyone listen to this. Carpel Tunnel is nothing, I broke my left hand in two places last year after punching my wooden desk after and absudly bad beat and three weeks later I had a second degree laceration after shattering my mouse and then the plastic slicing through my middle finger on my right hand. For a week I had banages on both my hands take about pain and embarrassment

A wrist brace is fine, but posture is important too:
