Comparing Brandi To \"Saura\"
Much as I'd like to, I can't. Here's why:
Saura lived with me for eight months, five years ago. We all thought she was twenty and had no idea she was a runaway. That included my parents, Mason and Mat. The relationship, after an uncertain start, looked like it would last indefinitely. I bought a house only because I had no plans to be single again. When I say the relationship had an uncertain start, I am speaking of the fact that I was very skeptical at first about the effect of the age difference. In fact I had Mat and others cross examine and grill her outside my presence to make sure she knew what she was getting into.
The runaway/age revelation obviously changed things but those who read her thread can see that those times are still looked upon fondly by her. Luckily.
Brandi on the other hand, I know almost nothing of. I have read virtually none of the posts made by or about her. But I have of course noticed how many such posts and views there are. Some people have written that she needs counseling. If she does, none of that came across in the ten minutes total I have spoken to her in my life. The only thing I know about her is that she has a good vocabulary, is seriously trying to improve her poker game, and was willing to play along with me in a fun experiment to see how many readers would apply Baye's Theorem just as Pair The Board spelled out. I perhaps could have asked her a bit more about herself but felt it would be disrespectful to her boyfriend.
I will admit though that Brandi is the only girl who I ever slapped. That was the only way I could get her to stop laughing before that picture was taken.
