I'm raising to about 450 preflop making it easier to push flop. As played, nothing else u can do, you had to push turn there.

Jesse,

I hadn't thought of that. That would imply that I push AI on the flop instead of the c-bet, serving a couple of purposes: making my perceived range of hands narrow to mostly big pairs and not giving good drawing odds on the flop. I probably still don't win this hand, but it seems to be a more profitable play generally.
