DBZ,

The sugar substitute in diet isn't great for you. Since you are young, you are probably better off drinking regular Dr Pepper (in moderation). As long as you exercise your body will not metabolize all the sugars.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.....ahhhhh...good one.

I lost 5 lbs in about a week when I quit drinking Dr Pepper. I managed to stay sober for 2 years. Then MIT drove me to drinking it again. I compromise with the diet. I'm really not scared of the aspartame, and honestly I can't hardly drink the HFCS version anymore. Too sweet.

Also, I don't consume it in the mass quantities that some of my friends consume their Diet Coke. I have a hard time staying hydrated as I'm just never thirsty.

Mmmmmmmm....pie.

Just drink mineral water throughout the day and invest in a good espresso machine.

Yeah like I mentioned - generally one large meal and then snacking/smaller meal. Not hungry in the morning and I try to get a good lunch in around midday which generally tides me over with a small supplement later.

Also - lots and lots of Dr Pepper.

[/ QUOTE ]

Interesting diet. How's your stool consistency?
