anyone use a simon prepaid giftcard

i got a simon mall prepaid visa giftcard, and it doesn't work on FTP. i tried to deposit the money onto epassport and it was declined by the card. is there any other way to try to get it to work?

I think they require you to use it at the mall.

Nope. You can use it was most (notice I said MOST, not all) places where VISA is accepted.

lol, thats why i tested it with 20 dollars first, u could buy a virtual visa from giftcards.com with it probably
