If this story is true, it says the investigation has been going on for years, which means it is not a result of the Frist Amendment.

Possbile they are tracking them down due to tax evasion, or something? Maybe they were using a Neteller ATM card to avoid paying taxes. LOL.

weird though as they are not US citizens nor operate out of the US....either way they dont work for neteller in an official capacity apparently so i dont think its huge news just yet.

I can't believe how retarded you are, either.

Your first post was "Any truth to the rumour of Neteller arrests?"

Period.

No link. No facts.

Who do you think you are that we should do the Google search for you?

I posted the info that someone reliable had told me then I went out in search for more info. When I came back, you had already done your part in crashing the site by power-deleting my post.

And who do you think you are that you can go randomly deleting a post about the biggest story of the year without first at least checking it out?

Nice work you power hungry idiots.

[/ QUOTE ]

Nevermind I think I already figured it out.

You are a mod sir, do your [censored] job and moderate. This means not randomly deleting stuff because you have a little bit of power or because you are an idiot or whatever.

The proper response would of been

"Where did you hear this"

"What facts do you have to substantiate this"

"If something concrete isn't presented to back up the allegations in this post it will be deleted".

In other words, think before you waste someone's time and do your job. Got it?

The detention of both men indicates a prolonged investigation dating back several years. It is not known why either were traveling in the United States at the same time transferring through two different airports. Nor is it known at this time if the two men are being detained for anything having to do with their involvement in NETeller.

LeFevre, a former hippie, started the hugely successful company with Steve Lawrence in 1999 but retired in 2002 in Costa Rica.

It has since been learned that Steve Lawrence served as Chairman of Neteller until October 13, 2005.

Ban me? That seems like a bright idea. I thought people might want to know so they can be prudent and maybe send any funds they have to pokerstars and other sties for the time being.

What if tomorrow the arrests are announced, an indictment is unsealed and the entire company is under indictment like Betonsports?

What if the company and/or the banks they deal with use that as some sort of convoluted excuse to steal the money on deposit like Betonsports did?

You guys are so busy being [censored] idiots you can't come to terms with what could potentially be happening here. You'd rather ban and delete. Could be nothing, but I wouldn't want a bunch of money sitting in neteller come tomorrow morning. Would you?
