Missing Rakeback - Am I out of luck?

So here's the situation:

I sign up with UB through an affiliate back in January, and everything is working well.

Around the middle of July, all of my stats stop updating. Affiliate says not to worry, everything will be worked out, I keep playing at UB.

Affiliate finds out that my account was somehow unlinked, gets problem sorted out near the end of August.

My stats are updating now, but I'm missing out on more than half of July and almost all of August, when I was playing a ton, and raked almost $3000, so I'm out about $800 in RB.

At first my affiliate (who has been very good through this... this isn't meant as a knock on them) was saying that UB wasn't answering the emails about any retroactive pay, and now the affiliate doesn't seem to be getting back to me.

Has something like this happened to anyone else? I feel like there's no way I'm not entitled to that cash, but maybe I'm just out of luck.

Thoughts?

Edit: I should note that it is a major affiliate.

You are definitely entitled to that cash

If you were tracking correctly prior to the problem and then there was a gap, you should still get paid out for the missing period.

Your affiliate and/or UB need to sort this out so that you get paid.

Thanks... Is there anything I can really do about it other then sit and keep waiting? My affiliate was doing good about answering my PMs and keeping me in the loop, but now they've stopped answering.
