What's my play on this flop?

UTG seems to be a fairly TAG player. Don't really have a read on him. He bet the turn very quickly btw. I really wanna know how I should play the flop? And then what's my play on the turn based on his bet and my hand? Should I consider the K of spades could possibly be in his hand?

I hate 4 betting QQ preflop here. Just call.

Flop check is fine.

I don't understand the turn shove. The K of spades could easily be in his hand. Just call and see what he does on river.

I think the turn shove is what's throwing me off about this hand too, the villain IMO almost certainly has a king and it could easily be of spades, with that flop I have to think villian bets hard if he has an ace and the check is indicative to me that he doesn't have an ace but does have a hand worth calling your pre flop raise which could easily hold a king.
