Arguments can def be made for shove or c/f. I can't really say I have any idea what's best, will be interested to see what others say. That said he's coldcalling your 4bet IP and both of you will have ~PSB behind on flop. You've said there's been some light 4 betting which means his range could be wider than normal for that call PF. Nonetheless, he's not doing that w/ rubbish and this board allows him to make a comfortable call w/ JJ-QQ, obv TT if he'd be calling that light PF. I'm leaning towards c/f.

This doesn't seem like a good board to shove. Any flop containing a broadway > T will provide more FE.
