Default Ace-high versus...

MP is 56/10/0.5 over 71 hands.

Against this opponent I suspect Ace-high to often be the best hand all the way to the river -- but then again, he might just be letting me bet into his pairs. Should I just go for a cheap showdown or can I actually value bet my high card? Any ideas on possible lines from here would be much appreciated.

bets and folds to a raise. if he gets called and a complete blank comes, like 2c, you can c/c imo.

If I knew he would bet any2 when checked to I just c/c twice. A guy like this peels a lot on the flop and betting now will make him fold a lot of those hands. If he wont bet them for you, you should just b/f.
