Sobrao is pretty good but he never played back at me unless he had the goods, and he was one of my favorite nits to bluff. He might have evolved with the games though, I understand hes been pretty successful.

Not often enough it seems. Although, I think they are gonna play back at me everytime I CB.

You showed strength preflop and a cbet will reinforce that strength. You're right, he might play back at you occasionally. But it's +EV to cbet in this situation, especially against a relatively tight player.
