Problems with CDPoker rakeback payment

I am having alot of trouble getting my rakeback payment from CDPoker for June, via Rakebreak.com. I have repeatedly emailed their customer suppport, but I have yet to get an actual answer as to when I can expect the payment to be processed. I am posting this for two reasons; one to see if anyone else has had the same type of problem and two, to make Rakebreak.com take further notice of said problem.

In closing I would just like to point out that Rakebreak.com has worked perfectly for me in the past, with timely payments and good support. In this instance however, it seems that something has gone wrong.

I was under the impression CD Poker rb was paid automatically. Was this your first month of rakeback there?

No, I have been registered there for quite some time.

I figured it was an old account since CD Poker doesn't do rakeback anymore. If they pay automatically it is CD Poker's issue. Rakebreak should be looking into this shortly.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't gotten your CDPoker Payment for June. As Pokeraddict mentioned, CD poker pays their rakeback payments automatically. We haven't gotten any other complaints from customers not getting their June rakeback payments at CD Poker and I see your stats updating correctly in our backend. The good news is CD Poker has great support with us and I'm going to shoot them an email right now for you. The bad news is their days off are Friday and Saturday so I wouldn't expect a reply here until Sunday or Monday. As soon as I know something I will let you know. Also, can you please PM me the ticket number to the email from our support department? I would like to read that ticket over and take internal action if necessary.

As I mentioned in a PM a couple of days ago CD Poker says they made the payment now. I'm not sure why they would tell me that and still not make the payment. I sent you a PM with my personal email address.
