I usualy call this down against 41/11/.64 but i am usualy lost here as well...

This guy is mightily passive, you don't have the odds for a 2 outer, fold.

best case scenario you have 4 outs against AdKd. Most likely you are drawing to 2 outs. This should be a turn fold.

My instincts are possibly off, but the flop check-raise seems retarded. The only silver lining is that it gets you some information, but then you don't use that information on the turn.
