shadows fall, trivium, biggie smalls, metallica, killswitch, lamb of god, pantera, rage against the machine, nas, dropkick murphys, hendrix

AC/DC: It just seems like half of their songs were for the sole purpose of getting you ready to go nuts.

Sometimes some of that hippity-hop gangster rap thrown in for good measure.

Black Label Society, Rammstein, In Flames, Dropkick Murphys, 3 Inches of Blood, some Wu-Tang or DMX if I am boxing.

For cardio I actually listen to stuff like Mitch Hedberg CDs or podcasts of Tony Kornheiser's radio show. Need something to occupy my mind so I dont think about how much I hate cardio, for some reason spoken stuff works for this..
