Default moving beyond cbets or fps?

i just wanna hear some of your guys thoughts on trying to extract value in a heads up pot after you raised preflop on a safe flop. is it even worth the extra few bets the times they don't draw out on you? here's an example

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 ($2.81)
CO ($3.48)
Button ($2.93)
SB ($3.29)
BB ($4.16)
UTG ($1.77)
UTG+1 ($10.97)
Hero ($5.13)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.25</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB calls $0.23, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($0.55) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($0.55) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $0.2</font>, Hero calls $0.20.

River: ($0.95) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.5</font>, SB folds.

Final Pot: $1.45

i had mixed emotions; i was happy i got the extra bet since most likely he woulda folded to a cbet on the flop, but i also wasn't sure if this would work enough on a safe flop to be +EV. i'm thinking this is kind of a 90/10 or 80/20 thing - 80% of the time i should be cbetting, but 20% of the time i should try something like this? or maybe i'm thinking a little too much for NL$5, hehe. i'm not sure, what do you guys think? is this a good spot for something like this? should i be raising the turn?
