Default marginal hand in SB vs BB

The BB in this hand is pretty aggressive, yet not exactly the best player ever to walk the earth. It`s a 11+ at the end of the 2nd hour, with still 3x as many players as prizes

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero (t28053)
BB (t9970)
UTG (t7655)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 5, K.

Hero checks, [color=#CC3333]BB bets t800</font>, Hero calls t800.

Turn: (t2400) 2 [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
Hero checks, BB checks.

River: (t2400) 5 [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
Hero checks, [color=#CC3333]BB bets t2000</font>, Hero calls t2000.

Final Pot: t6400

sorry about the "color" etc.. if anyone has a better converter where I dont get that problem or can tell me what I'm doing wrong I'd be most thankful.

If stacks had been a bit smaller, say only 5k, I would have just pushed pf so I dont have to play this awkward hand oop, but stacks being as they are I just limped hoping to get lucky and not get raised. (k5o has a SC-Value of 24, so if we lay less than 5000-600 the push is unexploitable)

I contemplated betting the flop for about 0.1 seconds before deciding that checking has a lot more value here.
I probably fold here against 3 bullets, and might have folded to a turn bet since obviously we arent beating anything but air anymore.
On the river however I beat almost all other kings, and his bluff frequency is probably very high here since the board ofc does look very scary with the high cards and the flushdraw that made it.

anyone agree this is "standard" against an at least somewhat aggressive opponent?

i always raise preflop here - you have a much better idea where you stand if you get called, and are out of position.

i'd lead the turn - as he hasn't reraised pf he is unlikely to have an ace.

turn and river is ok for me.

To fix the "color" problem, change the format of the converter to 2+2 Forums.

I think your line is fine. Usually raise PF though.
