no, assault is just fists for the most part. If some kind of "weapon" was used then that is usually the charge unless the prossecutor thinks it is pointless or will be too hard making the case.

[/ QUOTE ] i haven't seen him. happened sunday night. motivation? according to friends. the douche was bugging them at their table, so friend's gf moved douche's drink to bar, so he'd leave the table. my deduction? douche was hitting on gf, and my friend probably said something to him. what? who knows. i wasn't there.
