As played it's really standard (obv) to call OTR here because of the odds you're getting.

Personally, I'll be check/calling 99% of the time here OTR. You can induce a bad bluff, have better hands try to bet for value, and lose the minimal to a slowplayed set or a flush.

I'd be valuebetting this river too, this is really standard.
