Yeah, fold to the reraise and fold the flop.

Without antes, he knows your range is pretty tight and because of his stack, his range is going to be super super tight anyway.

Not to mention Ray is a nit (love you Ray).

TT, maybe, but he's not folding QQ I think. anyway, it's not exactly a great option compared to just folding.

TT is prob not in his range. You *might* get him off JJ, and of course you do beat AK, but this isn't enough to make check/shoving any good, you just gotta fold pre.

Calling pre is a tossup. If I call pre, I'm not folding to a c-bet on this board. The tighter Exit's preflop 3bet range is here, as long as it includes AK, the more likely it is that you're ahead on the flop.
