yup; u make more money this way rather than dumping your entire AAA library out early

my main change would be to ensure that 1 month before any wii game comes out, any earlier games from that line on the old systems were available on the VC

so I would have some old marios be available one month before galaxy, old metroids out one month before metroid, etc etc

They did that for metroid, didn't they? I got Super Metroid the week before Prime 3 came out.

Wii Shop Channel just released another free download. It's called Check Mii Out. basically it's a place to check out other people's Mii's and they have contests and such.
for example the contest this week is to create a Mario (without his hat) Mii. anyone can put in a submission, and then there's a vote for the best one. looks sorta interesting, and it's free anyways and takes up 90 blocks.

Is anyone else hoping they release Guardian Legend? It didn't seem to be very popular back in the day and I only know of one other person who actually had the game. It may be my favorite and most-played NES game of all time, though. In fact, I wish they'd make a Wii game with the same premise and length of gameplay. A well-made Wii Guardian Legend would be [censored] awesome.

My wish list:

Breath of Fire - SNES
Bubble Bobble - NES
Chrono Trigger - SNES (i missed out on the FF chronicles)
Crusader of Centry - Sega
Dragon Warrior 4 - NES
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest - SNES
Shining Force II - Sega
Super Mario RPG - SNES

I know Bubble Bobble and SFII are scheduled to come out sooner or later. SMRPG was rumored but I have no idea if they plan on releasing anything. I hope SquareEnix starts releasing more of their games, I believe ActRaiser is the only one so far.

Is it that hard to give us one game per system per week? Why are they still on this 3 per week stuff?

[/ QUOTE ]

I suspect there's some kind of strategic calculation on the part of Nintendo that involves releasing games 'slowly' so consumers buy games that might otherwise be considered 'second-tier' choices if they were to make their library available at a quicker pace.

I understand they like milking us and making as much money as possible. Is it that much to ask for one game per system per week? That hardly taps them out. It just gives fans of each system something to look forward to every week.
