Adding an IMAGE

When i try to add an image to the post, with the image button, it asks for a url.

Is there any way to add a jpeg which is on the c drive?

If so, how do I do it, and how do i navigate to it?

You have to upload the image to imageshack.com or another image hosting service. Then paste the URL they give you when prompted.
