I actually like OP's suggestions a lot. And for you O 6 haters, so just leave Chi alone and move another team. Also increase fighting and I think ratings go through the roof. We would love the US vs. Canada rivalry.

I actually now just read OPs suggestions. And they're still ridiculous. None of us give a [censored] about Canada anyway, so moving half of the teams to Canada won't spark ratings...eh?

The blackhawks actually have a few prospects coming up soon that should make a difference...im not sure it is enough for playoff contention but much better than they have been...

2.have the scrums be judged like boxing
3.winner of scrum gets one goal, call it the "scrum goal"
