Tom-

I have a question regarding this. It seems none of the FB sites are on the DGN network anymore. The few you mentioned may be, but the hundreds that used to be no longer are.

Can you explain this? Where does iGaming fit into this? I have played some on one of the sites you listed without any cashout problems.

Also if Tom ever comes back here, why did you quit and why are you outing FB now?

Mustbe, somebody posted this on another forum that FB sites no longer connected. I downloaded 2 (Pokes Poker and Big Nuttzz) and both connect to DGN still. I think a bunch of them have just closed up shop including Bayou, Carnaval and Alamo. Bayou posted that they were not getting paid their cut and of course as we know their players were not getting paid either. I'm sure there are many franchisees and players out there that never saw a dime.

One of the Futurebet sites double paid my withdrawal of ~$900 after holding it in pending state for over 2 months (and several emails to support). Guess if I informed about double payment to them - NO. FU and thanks for free money, HAHAHAHA! Never gonna touch any futurebet skins anymore.

OP: how effective do you expect legal action to be? I always assumed it would not do much at all.
I have a pretty big chunk stuck on one of their sites. The player support number that they give is manned by people who have no clue whats going on who are unconnected with the rest of the organization apparently. Once I told the customer support rep that he worked for a "[censored] shady organization" that's basically scamming money, and he goes, "i know."
Thanks for making the OP, the ppl running this thing deserve jail time.

So Pokes Poker is still in business then.

Has anyone received a cashout recently (in the last 6 months) or are they still just scamming everyone?

Marv, Pokes owes out over $1,000,000 and AFAIK nobody has gotten anything in close to a year.

I am curious to know more and I hope OP comes back. I only downloaded two: TheNutz and Vegas 24. TheNutz has 15 players and Vegas had maybe 150 so they seem to be on separate DGN networks. Maybe another DGN owner can chime in(yeah right huh).

I guess it is safe to assume to not keep much money on their if you play, but I would like to hear more. It was nice to see another US network.

I did notice TheGreek is DGN and they get an A+ from SBR as does BetJamaica A+ and then Sportsinteraction D+. Why would 2 of the highest rated sportsbooks join such a shady organization?

Poker World has been a part of Dobrosoft for their entire existance. They were a standalone Dobro and when ACR and a bunch of skins went to Ongame the remaining Dobro skins all became the same network leaving Poker World as the anchor. Dobro sold to DGN and I guess Poker World felt comfortable staying, maybe they were bound by contract.

Where else would they go? Prima does not take 11 US states and none of the other major sites seem to be taking licensees. Any move would likely be to a network even smaller then where they are. Even if they moved to Cake's Network they would still be on the same network as a bunch of D graded sportsbooks. They pay on time so they must not be too affected by the Futurebet mess. If I was going to play on DGN Poker World would be the skin of choice for me. Long after FB finally dies The Greek will live on.

Yeah it just seems odd that two big and reputable sportsbooks would join a network that could die because of FB. Hopefully this is the end of FB and the start of DGN. Options are definitely limited. 39 states seems better than no rake though . I guess we will never know the whole story about the DGN/FB connection and if they do in fact own them. Hopefully the OP comes back.
