Dunno how many replies to expect in the middle of the night with a boring hand, so 2 will do.

I bet $66. SFERESUDATE pushed for $359 total. 3 folds. With 1 sec left, I made a call that I didn't particularly like, but I turned out to be a 1.45-1 dog and I got 1.83-1 on the call.

SFERESUDATE turned over Jd8d and it held up.

I can't help but wondering if it's wise to bet into 4 people there in a pot that's already swollen enough for me to get paid off.

I like the bet but I don't like calling the shove.

I'm not sold on the call either, but it's about as profitable a call against 2 pair as it is a bad one against a higher flush draw. About break-even against a set. Obviously a disaster against a J + flush draw or a higher straight draw + flush draw hand, but very profitable against AJ.

If calling is a mistake, it's probably not a very big one.

I think you see a bigger flush draw here a good bit.
