Best, most realistic ideas in this thread so far:

Some event which includes Badugi--either all Badugi, or some kind of mix with other "low" games--maybe something like Fixed Limit Half Badugi Half Triple Draw.

A mix event with just the three (or maybe four?) major stud variants: Stud Hi, Razz, 8 or better..and for the fourth, maybe hi/lo no qualifier. That would be a very interesting event.

4. Invite only based upon past successes. Some form of tournament of champions that would require X number of cashes or wins or something...a smaller field of all proven players, w/ gigantic stacks and blinds that go up every 5 hours or something...huge prize-pool all put up by Harrah's as some % of the advertising revenue they receive

[/ QUOTE ]

A tournament open only to bracelet winners would be cool. They could have a coinciding tournament only for those who haven't won one.

Given the rate in which they are giving away bracelets, by 2060 that event would just be a HU duel between me and Gary Carson.

That the main event is played in PLO8 instead of NLHE.

but why? dont you know that no limit is the only pure game left. some people, pros even, won't play no limit. they can't handle the swings.
