Re: $555 Calling two shoves with Kx
Hand 1 is an easy call, he has like 3bbs and you're getting ridiculous odds.
Hand2 I think you can find a better spot. |

Re: $555 Calling two shoves with Kx
K one seems super easy
Hand 2 here are my thoughts folding sucks for me because UTG gains a a ton of chips as the other short stack. The big stack is going to be shoving 100% for a while so I sort of get [censored] there. |

There are some regs that it's an insta call and others where you should fold. If you fold, the big stack shoving 100% the next 2 hands is hurting the 2 medium stacks equity a lot more than yours. You can call him light and be a favorite with overlay assuming one of the 2 medium stacks don't overcall. Obviously, if the 2 medium stacks are decent they'll overcall light and it's that not good for you. |

I can say that one of the medium stacks isn't a reg but seems solid has some idea. The other one has some idea of sng strategy but is just terrrible at poker.

Re: $555 Calling two shoves with Kx
Hand 2 I will fold, because I will feel better calling the big stack's AI as favorite (not so hard to be favorite if big stack pushes wide). If my line is wrong - what am I missing?

[/ QUOTE ] You're not wrong imo, I'd fold too. But keep in mind that doubling through the short stack (or eliminating him) is way way better for your equity than doubling through the big stack. |
