OOT IRON CHEF - 11/27-12/10
Congrats to Two-time Iron Chef Mrs. Utah as she successfully defended her bacon crown in the Great Rice Cookoff. She has chosen Beef for this week's competition. Any cut of a full-grown cow is legal. One App, One entree, and they do not have to be served at the same meal. Good Luck!

I consider this week to be a clear calling-out of all the whiners at the beginning who wanted basic ingredients. It doesn't get much more basic than beef. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

ok.... This is dissappointing. No entries by Sunday. We talked about this last week - the lack of entries making a 2week contest more desireable - and it was decided that we should keep it at one week contests and if we had low particiaption, so be it. It seems that might not be working. So, I'm extending this contest until next Sunday. Personallly, I have two recipes I'm glad that I'll have an opportunity to make.
