you arent desperate. aq against ep raiser isn't great. i prob call. i know i know its a conservative play . hell i might even fold. you hAve no fe utg+1 has 14k. thats the minus and you are going to be a dog 85% of time. the plus is you see all 5 cards.

Fold readless; there's no reason to take a -EV spot & even if a 4.40 I think this is just about -EV...havent played these in a while so my thinking maybe slightly off but I see AQo as behind his range. No FE as well.
