He's not as much of a hack, as just a guy who wants to get rish. Which he is.

His basic stuff is good for housewives, but not even for the level of this board let alone people who dabble in more advanced stuff.

Would you say I shouldn't be concerned with bulking/cutting until I have more than a year formal lifting experience?

You should be concerned, but probably only on the single cycle the entire time.

No, you should decide if you want to bulk or cut right away so you can set your goals and start working towards them.
