Re: (114) KQ bubble
Seems standard. No one is in danger of busting in the near future and you have a decent amount of FE here b/c SB can fold and still control the table with 4700 chips, and he doesn't want to call and lose and be stuck as 2nd short stack

Re: (114) KQ bubble
I like it. You're very rarely worse than a coinflip here. Even w/o an aggro read on SB I probably make this play.

Re: (114) KQ bubble
I would fold without much hesitation. I really don't think its all that close... |

Re: (114) KQ bubble
he has too much odds for too little (1/2) of his stack. I wouldn't be concerned about "playing back" here, you don't need to be the sheriff, just play your +EV edges. Realize how awful it is if he doesn't fold much here.

Re: (114) KQ bubble
You are no fun.
I guess to me it's more about the chance to pick up 800 chips than defending my BB. |

Are you and curtains just making the rounds together, agreeing with each other?

Re: (114) KQ bubble
I just find posts that curtains has posted in and respond with the same advice so I sound smart.
(I usually don't even read comments actually, so no, but what an idea ) |

Re: (114) KQ bubble
Suzzer, think there may be a little something more to the fact that all 3 stars players like a push and the party players don't? (other than the experience factor, of course)
I really think this is where the difference in stars vs. party comes into play. After expiramenting a little at party last week, the calls are so much looser and the bubbles don't last nearly as long. I really do believe this hand is folded more on stars (the SB). With your read and the FE stars seems to have over party, I still don't think its a horrible push, but it's not as strong as I first thought. |

Re: (114) KQ bubble
I dont think you guys realize how to best play when its 1 big stack and 3 equalish stacks. Getting involved with KQo here is a major major disaster, and given how much he raised, its a pretty decent chance thats what will happen. I really think moving allin is close to terrible....not completely terrible, but close. |
