Re: JJ 200NL Spew?
It's a tough one, because those stats are very LAGGY, but you've raised UTG and he's taking you on from UTG+1. I actually don't think folding preflop can be that terrible. Villain's range has to be pretty narrow for this move, and you'll be bluffed off a lot on flops like this, and you'll get it in bad a lot on underscard flops.

[/ QUOTE ] His point is that villain's range is wide enough to CR bluff. I disagree, but if you change your table position to CO and button then this would be almost standard. |

Re: JJ 200NL Spew?
you beat a lot of his range.
And no, you won't get called by worse hands unless they're draws. But you have no choice in a reraised pot on that board OOP. You can't really play pot control here. And most turn cards are going to make you cringe. You beat enough of his range to just check, he bets, and close your eyes and go allin |

Re: JJ 200NL Spew?
Yeah, check-raising the flop all-in is NOT that bad here given his stats.

Re: JJ 200NL Spew?
Those of you advocating CRAI on flop: What boards would you not do this on? What boards would you be more happy to do this on?

Re: JJ 200NL Spew?
one overcard really isn't that scary of a board, honestly
I mean, would it be so much better if you crai on a flop that's not king high? Because although the king hurts your equity a fair amount, it's not THAT bad of a card for you |
