FTP Deposit Bonus - U.S. player deposit options?

I've been playing on the same roll at FTP for months and haven't had any reason to make a deposit - until now.

I checked my bonus offers today and am eligible for a 50% redeposit bonus up to $500. That sounds great....but my deposit options as a U.S. player seem decidely limited since I don't have an existing account with either ePassporte or Click2Pay. That seems to leave Visa, Mastercard, and CashTransfer as my only options.

Has anyone in the U.S. had recent success making a deposit on FTP using these methods?

Use cash transfer, I've used WU @ Bodog and MG @ Stars, very quick and easy, not sure which one FT uses tho.

It turns out that FTP uses MoneyGram. Quick and painless. The $9.99 fee is unavoidable in our post-Neteller world, but not bad for large deposits.
