window.. zooming? does something like this exist

i think the best way to explain is to just show a screen shot of my setup.



I have 20"lcd's turned vertical next to each other, and then a 20" horizantal (but it's up on a shelf, so the monitors are setup exactly like in the screenshot.

anyway, when i was playing i acme up with this, it's not a problem at all but if i could do it it would be better. Basically i wondered if theres a program where i can select an area, or windows to 'zoom' in on. So i could like artificially resize the tables. It would be handy in other scenarios besides the one above too.

So anyway, so far the only programs i've found maginfy where the mouse pointer is, not like a set area.

anyone done something like this?
