I think it would have been a little bit easier if you made real bet on the flop but fold now.

I like the way you played it if you call the river. I don't even mind the flop bet. ~1/2 pot on drawless paired boards is reasonable.

callriver as played. Consider folding turn sometimes, since you will see a 9 here a lot.

Only 3bet flop if hes retarded and will stack off w/ worse.

i like to bet out turn here about $140 and fold to a raise and if he calls c/f river. I think you will see a 9 here very often, but c/fing the turn is weak because you'll get run over by anyone decent who follows through on their flop c/raises. the donk is a little awkward but if he was bluffing he definitely has to reevaluate and it gives him a chance to give up on the play. I would also play a 9 like this often so it balances.
