I did consider limp-reraising pf but since it turns out he had aces I guess I got lucky playing it too slowly.

Thanks all.

Results if anyone cares: SB had Aces, CO had 67 and takes it down. I felt OK about it since I was a spade away from a $1000 pot. Oh well.

Uh, ya....I dont know how you can just call that flop...

Shove with no thought..put on a big act with fake tell like you flopped huge and watch them fold a PP or a weak 7 most of the time. If not you gamble...

Yeah, and though its been said why limp PF here...I like to hammer the limpers on the button with nothing so I need to hammer them here with something..let AJ A10s and KQ get silly and call.

Plus being Agressive is good and stuff...or so I hear.

Lol. If you don't like monies, can u ship some my way plz?

I have only been at the table for about 45 minutes, but it seems like Small Blind is semi-typical LAG and the Cut-Off is tight.

And going by the hand, you are the biggest fish at the table by miles.

Raise preflop 100%, if your image is tight tank like you have the 7 and shove the flop.

As played, don't smooth call the $40, you can try a squeeze in this spot and be successful most of the time.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think would rarely work. Any opponent with even a couple brain cells isn't folding any hand that we beat.
