Chibana's Spook peek failed claim is BS.

I do not really know Chibana. From what I have seen of his previous posts, I do not believe that he could have fabricated that whole post. Can anyone shed some light on the subject.
I also think we still need to remove TheSmell from TheEquation. He lied about Nez477. He is probably still lying. [vote TheSmell]

Is it possible for either seer to get an answer other than wolf/non-wolf? Given your outlined ruleset and assuming the seer gets his peek in during the required time and has specified a legal living player?
