Help me stick it to the man

So I play enough where im losing some serious cash by not taking advantage of a rakeback. Im planning on creating a new account but I dont know how to go about it. I just created a new mywebatm account which I havent used to deposit anything on FTP with but it has my current address and email on it. My question to you...and im SURE it has been asked a million times...is how do I do this? There is also the possibility of me signing up my buddy or my dad or someone else but if theres a way to get around it(and if theres a way to get around something a poker player WILL find out) then please help a brotha out.
