Default odds of flopping two pair

I heard the odds of flopping two pair with any unpaired hand are 30-1. I just read a section in gordans lgb and he says it 2% which would translate into 50-1. does anyone know it exactly??

Default Re: odds of flopping two pair

Lets say you hold ace king . The probability you flop two pair is :

3*3*44/50C3=0.0202 which is 2.02%

However , the odds of flopping two pair , trips or a fh are :

3C2*44/50C3 +3c2*44/50C3 =1.34% (trips)

3C2*3/50C3 + 3C2*3/50C3=0.000918 = 0.0919%

Add them all up you get 3.45% which is (100-3.45)/3.45=27.98:1 against
