offense never lost possession

receiver went up and got the ball...
doesn't matter the defender had more of it

they both had the ball

that's a catch and a TD by the NFL rules

of course, the NFL doesn't follow rules, so it's unsurprising

[/ QUOTE ]

On the one replay you could see that the defender had the ball firmly wrapped up in his gut, and the Driver had like barely one hand on it. That does not count as joint posession. It wasn't that the Bears guy had "more" of it it was that he had it and the other guy was kind of touching it.

last drive wasn't done so well, i mean i get the short passes as the defense is focused on the sidelines, but they took way too long to get set back up

Thanks for costing us the game Jones.

[/ QUOTE ]

It wasn't just him. Favre's stupid INT and Woodson's fumble led to 10 Bears points that tied the game. The Bears were barely doing anything offensively up to that point. 12 penalties for 93 yards doesn't help either. The whole Packers team blew the game.

Driver never had possession of any kind. It was clear in one of the replay angles. No TD.

That was not joint possession.

[/ QUOTE ]

it is...the defender has to clearly take possession away from the offensive player

that didn't happen

Also, does Chris Collinsworth know the Packers rushed for like 120 yards? And also 5.5 YPC?
