[/ QUOTE ] You can get a house for 40k but you'd need to spend at least 100-150 to make it livable and it's still in a dilapidated neighborhood. That said, Pittsburgh is very reasonable, but it's still more expensive than Indy, Cleveland, Detroit or St Louis.
