I went to my New Alliance bank ATM this morning to withdraw my $300 as I have done many times, including yesterday.

The transaction was rejected for "insufficient funds". I checked my balance and had $325 on my card. That should cover the $302 for the ATM transaction.

Anyone else having troubles?

This has been mentioned a few times in this thread and it happened to me yesterday as well. I cashed out $700 and kept trying to withdraw(starting at $500) and got the insufficient funds message, until I got down to $200. I don't think anyone has figured this out yet, but its going to be a pain in the ass pulling out such little amounts at a time when I cash out a few thousand. However, I'd rather do it this way then have it hit my bank account and send a red flag to my bank. Does anyone know the max. amount most ATM allow you to withdraw?

[/ QUOTE ]

Some ATMs max at $200 (to charge more fees), I think it's mostly those convenience stores or bar ones though.

I made a deposit back into FTP though and that worked fine just now.

I will probably run to an ATM today to see if I can still pull my standard $1500. I will post an update if I get around to it. If you don't have the ATM card, get it!

What kind of places have the lowest fee and allow the largest withdrawals with the ATM card?

Casinos? BofA ATM's?

I can do 5K a day at both, but have a limit of 1K per transaction, so I do 5 trans for 1K each.

The casinos around here charge $2 per trans, so it costs me $10 for the $5K.

BofA charges $4 I think, can't remember.
