MY QUEST JUST ENDED.

I played a set of 10, count em 10 SNGs. I went 0/0/0/10 like the champ i am, and i quit before i tilted away my roll.

I will be SNGPTing my last 234098 SNGs, drinking away my sorrows tonight, and will begin playing poker again tomorrow. I needed the day off.

P.S. I'm starting to think i might REALLY suck at SNGs.

There's nothing wrong with playing these games as long as you play correctly. Splashpot is a great example (except for the questionable call last night of not reraising a/a with 2 callers when reraised)

But drinking at one of these things is like playing russian roulette.

Just watching Pwn last night was painful. I assume he was drinking...or is he always like that?

Lol. I wasn't even playing close to correct most of the time. All in for 150-200 dollars with stuff like 77, AQ, etc. I was playing at least 35-40% of my hands.

As for the AA hand, I don't think I misplayed it. Can't just go all in every time with AA in a cash game. Especially when it's that deep. I think there is merit in just calling preflop and making him bet the flop.

Honostly the only reason I play STT's and not cash games is b/c, for me at least, it is alot harder to tilt in SNG's. The reason for this is simple, I have a set SNG system and make +EV pushes. When I find myself getting away from these things I know its time to quit. As I move up in limits I hope tilting does not become a problem b/c I have to get away from my normal system.
