It will all be over soon..

The casual/bad players realize they can't win. The games will dry up and the 'good' players who bottom feed will start to lose..
I cant wait!

I don't know why I do this but here I go. WPX failed because it was a stupid idea. Lowering the rake is not a bad idea but essentially that is what you do when you get rakeback and or use points and such. No rake means no marketing and that is what brings the fish. If you don't want to be part of the 7%, or even the less than 1% that makes real money playing poker then just enjoy it for what it is.

If you want to be truly good you will have to put a lot of work in and have the right mentality. Almost no one succeeds not because of the rake but because they aren't mentally capable.

For the average guy poker is about having a good time. In a sense it is a good time for sadists.

I used to say all this stuff about WPX and no one listened to me and said I was crazy, that low rake would be great for the players. Many people have pointed out why that isn't the case.

If you have a problem with the system as it exists take up scrabble.

All of you ..read all my posts in this thread very very very slowly..and then weigh what ive written back and forth, back and forth in your simple little minds. Capitalism may be better than all the other social structures, but it is a system of exploitation and fleecing of the masses. Just about all of you are going to live paycheck to paycheck for the next 40 years, being an obedient worker.

Now conspire to break the rake.lol

10 people buy-in for $200 each in a $1-$2 no limit game. Collectively, that is $2000.00. 30 hands are raked a maximum
of $3 an an hour, plus a bunch of other pots are raked say an average of $1. We'll say $100 an hour is coming off the table. After 6 hours, the house has $600.00. About 1/3rd of the money. Lets say a bunch of them have rebought for another $200. So the players have put a total of $4000 up. And they play another 6 hours. After 12 hours, the house has over 25% of their money. PLAYING DAY IN DAY OUT, THE HOUSE ENDS UP WITH ALLLLLLLL THE MONEY. CAN I BE ANYMORE CLEAR????? HOW DO HALF OF YOU NOT SEE IT???

How can any of you argue against this and support the poker sites?
