i notice there's very little discussion here about 5/10 and 10/20

i wonder if that's mostly because not a lot of europeans who play it post on 2p2 or mostly because people at 5/10+ don't want to talk

[/ QUOTE ]

Why dont most Canadians playing 5/10 or 10/20 like to talk?, is it because their too bust set mining accross 12 tables?

[/ QUOTE ]

There are like only 4 or 5 Canadian pros playing 5/10 and 10/20. I know 3 of us post on 2p2.

I think 5/10 got discussed quite a bit in the old Party Regulars thread. The reason I think no one talks about 10/20 is that the player pool is so small and that information is valuable.

...to report him for this without any corrobarating evidence is bs imo.

....

in future, if someone you play against a lot DP's, make a note of it. if it happens a couple more times, then contact party support. and yeah, maybe ur better off discussing this over pm rather than slamming him here. it makes you look like a real douche bag.

[/ QUOTE ]

reporting people just gets Party to investigate the reported player's play history. simply reporting someone does not cause any punishment to be implemented.

it would seem reasonable (to me) to report every possible dodgy disconnect - there's no point waiting to be (possibly) cheated several times before reporting it.

obviously, we only observe each other's play for small sample sizes. if there's even possibly dodgy activity in that small sample size, it doesn't cost much to report it to Party to investigate.

Cost (to us) of Party investigating: small

Benefit of stopping a cheat: large

Cost to innocent "suspect" of Party investigating: nothing
